Great work on a Prenuptual Agreement
Janice drafted a Prenuptial Agreement and acted as my attorney during the discussions with my partner's Counsel. We were working with her from abroad and she did a great job of meeting with us during hours that worked with us and communicating largely via email. Further to that, her work was comprehe...

Janice cho Review
Lawyer Cho, was not as good as I was expecting it. I am not sure if in my case, she didn't have enough time or she just didn't know how to handle the case. I felt that she didn't give me the security that I needed to leave my case in her hands without getting worried. In fact I have to switch to ...
A relationship with an attorney is one of trust, communication and cooperation and one that can last for many years. For this reason, clients must find the right attorney for him/her and vice versa. Unfortunately (and understandably), some clients can never be happy, are always anxious and attempt to micromanage the attorney and in turn, begin having unrealistic expectations about the legal process, timeframes and outcomes. In my practice, when this occurs, I immediately inform the client that I am no longer comfortable representing him/her and provide them with an opportunity to find new legal counsel. I also offer my assistance by reaching out to well-respected and competent attorneys who can take on the client. Regrettably, that was what occurred in this case. This was a very lovely and sweet client, but I was not the right attorney for her very particular needs and demands.

Knowing how physically, emotionally and financially I was drained, Janice explained to me that I could drop my m...

"Janice is an extremely sharp and capable attorney. Definitely willing to go to bat for her clients but also mindful of the benefits of settlement. I've had the pleasure of working with Janice on a number of cases, all of which were resolved informally to the mutual satisfaction of our clients. I endorse her without hesitation."
"Janice Cho is one the smartest, most organized and toughest attorneys I know. I highly recommend her services in both family law and immigration matters."
