First Class Representation

From my first phone call to vet Janice Cho's competence I was blown away. She knew the right questions to ask to get the specifics of my out of state child college and living expenses analyzed. Her laser focus and acumen set the foundation to get my case resolved in a fair settlement. I felt blessed ...that Janice took my case. She was compassionate and her exceptional people skills and listening ability made it a pleasure to work with her. I was extremely satisfied in the resolution of my case and I would strongly endorse Janice Cho for anyone looking for First Class Representation.

She gave me strength

Ms Cho helped me with my situation, When I thought my back was against the wall. She let me explain my situation, then gave me some guidance on what I should do. I have handled my paper and thankful for the time She provided. She knew exsactly what I had to be done and it wasn’t hard. Thank you Ms Ch...o. I know if I run into another situation I will have her represent me.

Amazing service from an amazing person

I reached out to Janice a little over 3 years ago as a complete neophyte when it came to the legal proceedings necessary for a divorce. I'm a professional but at issue was a significant amount of property and three children to who I am very attached. My ex is an attorney and naturally combative, so... I knew I was in for a battle should we not agree on anything. I met with Janice after speaking with three other attorneys who were brusque with me to the point of rudeness. I spoke with Janice and she consulted with me and gave me a sense of how the whole process would work over the course of an hour. I left knowing what to expect--it wasn't the rosiest picture but I believed it, and it turned out to be completely accurate. I have been through a lengthy process since then. There have been multiple child support hearings. There was a lengthy battle over the division of a significant amount or property, complete with a forensic analysis. There was a moveaway pleading in which my ex wife attempted to move the children out of state, against my objections. It was frankly terrifying. It would have been so much worse had it not been for Janice. At this point, I consider her a partner and a friend. We usually got what we wanted out of each negotiation. We won the trial for custody of the children preventing the moveaway. What most impresses me about Janice, win or lose, is her attention to detail, her compassion, and her passsion. We were never out prepared. There were never any surprise costs. There was frequent communication and she was available whenever I reached out to her, once we had established a baseline for communications. Janice combines an excellent bedside manner with a top flight legal education and a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of family law and the family court process. I'm confident she can handle any issues which may arise in the course of an unfortunate set of circumstances.

Empathetic, Efficient, and Effective!

Janice Cho has been my attorney for more than three years, and throughout this time, she has skillfully and gently guided me through the family law system, pairing her deep expertise with kindness, patience, and flexibility. With Janice, I feel that she has my best interests in mind, but she is also ...very grounded and fair, helping me to understand the importance of legal decisions that are in the best interest for long-term coparenting. It took me a few years to find an attorney, and until I found Janice, I was overwhelmed by the family law process. With Janice as an advocate for me and my child, I feel much more confident and secure, knowing that whatever comes up, my case is in excellent hands.
