Phenomenal consult!

I contacted Janice at the recommendation of an acquaintance, who has been very happy with Janice's representation in his divorce case. When I met with Janice for a consult, her advice was spot-on and incredibly helpful. She quickly understood the issue I was having in my child support/parenting agree...ment, and was able, within the time we met for the consult, to clearly explain to me my legal options as well as the short- and longer-term implications of these decisions. I left her office with a clarity and calmness, as I felt that Janice took the time to truly listen to my concerns about the case. She did not try to convince me to retain her, and instead explained in detail how I could move forward without her help. I truly regret not hiring Janice before writing up my MSA, as she identified a number of key elements that were missing. I would (and most likely will) retain Janice to represent me in the future.

An absolute Gem!

Stating Janice is an absolutely amazing Lawyer is a gross understatement! I have looked to Janice time and time again to provide sound legal advice regarding my very complicated and upsetting family law case. I have taken Janice's advice and have had very positive results. Janice is ALWAYS availab...le to take my call or respond via email and while I am panicking on the other end of the line, she helps put my mind at ease with her very thoughtful sound advice and her genuine warmth and care for those she helps. Janice is truly a one of a kind Lawyer. I highly recommend you call Janice when you need expert advice and when you want to be treated with respect and as though your voice counts. I can't thank you enough Janice!

Janice destroys stereotypes commonly associated with attorneys

Unfortunately, Janice wasn't the first attorney that I hired to settle my divorce. I came to her after finding out that, unbeknownst to me, my first attorney had ceased to communicate with the other party's attorney and, subsequently, with me. What a contrast! From our very first meeting, Janice made... it clear that she was working on my behalf and that she would maintain regular communication with everyone concerned, especially me. Her glowing online reviews hadn't prepared me to the exceedingly positive impression with which I left her office that afternoon. After reorganizing, cleaning up, and drafting all the documents that I was supposed to have after more than a year with my previous attorney--Janice was tough and persistent with him, eventually obtaining a copy of my records. Janice then proceeded to contact my ex-wife's attorney, and from then on made sure that the case progressed expediently. In-between, Janice was exceedingly perceptive and effective in helping me spend vacation time with my son as well as figure out compensation arrangements that were both fair and that allowed me to retain a valuable negotiating future position. A year-and-a-month later, I had my divorce agreement signed that is fair and sensitive to my particular needs and that required the minimum preparation costs. During our first meeting, Janice told me that she would make sure that I would not have to pay one more cent than necessary, and she time and again showed me that she meant this. However, her concern for my financial well being did not translate to cutting corners or skimpy services. On the contrary, Janice was always on top of everything, almost always ahead of my ex-wife's attorney. Janice always presented the options to me in a balanced and objective manner, allowing me to make up my mind, but not shying away to provide me with her opinion when asked. Her work is the epitome of professionalism delivered in an accessible and approachable way. It is for these reasons that I believe Janice destroys all stereotypes commonly associated with attorneys. She cares about her clients, to whom she is professional, patient, clear-minded, and delightful, while remaining logical, efficient, firm, and strategic representing our best interests. I will most definitely return to her for advice related to my divorce or, if necessary, other legal matters.

What a relief to find such compassion in a legal office.

As man looking for family law advice it can be difficult to get people to really listen to your concerns. Janice was compassionate and very clear in mapping out my future options with my case. Extremely helpful and concerned with what was best for my family. I left her office feeling empowered and re...ady for my next steps. Many thanks!

Come meet

Janice is a phenomenal attorney. From the initial consultation, she gave me a thorough assessment of my case and laid out what I should anticipate in filing for divorce. She was well versed in family law and I knew I could rely on her to represent my best interest. No matter how you look at it, di...vorces are super stressful and draining, but she made the legal aspect as seamlessly as possible. She is everything you could hope for in an attorney: professional, intelligent, and understanding. I highly recommend her as an excellent attorney.
