I am a founding partner at Gibbs Law Group and a partner at Girard Gibbs LLP. I represent plaintiffs in a broad range of cases, including employment, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and consumer class actions. I've achieved significant recoveries on behalf of my clients, and have served as court-appointed lead counsel, class counsel and liaison counsel in numerous class and collective actions in state and federal courts, and in arbitration actions throughout the United States.

In re Chase Bank USA, N.A. “Check Loan” Contract Litigation
On November 19, 2012, U.S. District Judge Maxine M. Chesney granted final approval of a $100 million settlement with JPMorgan Chase & Co. on behalf of Chase cardholders.
Sugarman v. Ducati North America
A settlement was negotiated on behalf of Ducati owners providing extended warranties and covered repairs for fuel tank expansion issues, including cosmetic imperfections.
In Re Mercedes Benz Tele Aid Contract Litigation, Civ. No. 05-2720, MDL No. 1914
A settlement was awarded granting vehicle owners $650 cash reimbursements or up to $1300 in new vehicle credits.
