Mr. Lim attended a Medical school in Belize that was not eligible to participate in Title IV programs. He incurred nearly $200,000 in debt to attend the school. Because it was neither a government lo ... an, an obligation to repay an educational benefit, nor a debt incurred to cover costs of attendance at an eligible institution, the loan was not afforded the same treatment as student loans was was therefore dischargeable in Mr. Lim's bankruptcy case.
