I'm a former legal secretary, so I know a good attorney when I see one, and I was very happy with the guidance I received from attorney Chris Baudino. My case was fairly complicated with numerous players and he remembered each one by name and the roles they played. He pays great attention to detail a...nd he understood what happened to me and what I needed. He always returned my calls, he replied to my emails expeditiously, and he answered a ton of questions. When we had phone consults he was always on time and ready to go. He was very honest about the ins and outs of the court system and the work it would take to pursue a court case, including depositions, and he didn't sugar coat it. He's an excellent attorney and I'm grateful to have found him.

He did a great job! We signed a contract to buy a home, but the seller didn't tell us the foundation was falling apart. The seller said they'd make us go through with the deal even though they didn't disclose everything wrong. Chris stepped in for us, "talked it over" with the seller and their attorn...ey, and next thing we know our deposit is back in our hands and the seller has stopped bothering us. We'll take it!

I had a contract dispute with a company I did a lot of work for but never paid me. I spent a lot of time and money sending bills and collections over but could never get anywhere and learned what I really needed was a judgment. So I went to Chris. He was amazing. We met and talked about my case, s...igned papers, and in two weeks, we had a breach of contract lawsuit on file, and about 4 weeks after that the other side folded and agreed to a settlement (confidential). I love the fact that he's so focused on getting things done after collections agencies just seemed to play around.

Chris is big on keeping you informed of what is going on in the case. He will prepare you for things you never thought of. There was never a point in time when I didn't know exactly what was going on in the case and what the strategy was. Anytime I had a question about anything, I could text him or e...mail and he'd give me an answer. Always positive and just a good guy in general. Really big on doing things the "right way" which seals the deal for me. Get him if you can.

I'll be honest I did not trust the system at all but I got Chris appointed to me and WOW. You can tell by the way the judge listens to him in court when he talks that they really respect him, different from the other lawyers. We thought we would have to go to trial on my case to get my baby back and ...he spent hours of his time getting me ready for it (it was HARD because he asks you hard questions because he needs you ready). So we showed up for trial and we were prepared so much that CPS settled that morning and I got my baby back that afternoon. I couldnt believe it. He's tough and hes just different than the other lawyers I saw in there. He respects you and doesnt baby you or tell you what you want to hear all the time but theirs no question I'd ask for him if you have a CPS case.
