Caitlin Marie Phair

Caitlin M. Phair attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where she received her juris doctorate degree and certificate with honors in International and Comparative law. Following law school Caitlin received the Inaugural Dean Brand Pursuit of Justice Fellowship and went to Thailand where she provided direct legal services for refugees. Upon her return she became a member of the State Bar of California in 2015.

Prior to joining The Law Offices of Jason W. Estavillo, PC, Caitlin held positions as a Legal Policy Intern, Legal Advocate, Law Clerk, and Legal Associate. Now having been with the Law Offices of Jason W. Estavillo for four years, Caitlin specializes in foreclosure defense and real estate litigation. Her writing, oral advocay, research, and representational skills have resulted in hundreds of successful cases for clients both nationally and internationally.
