Alana Grice Conner
I graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a degree in Social Welfare and earned my law degree from Syracuse University, College of Law. I have been practicing law since 1996.
I began working with Clifford Fried and Steve Williams in 2008 and was instrumental in helping form the Fried & Williams law firm. I specialize in residential and commercial leasing, real property purchase and sales, and landlord/tenant litigation. I am experienced in representing clients in court and at rent board proceedings in Oakland and Berkeley.
I have given numerous presentations on landlord-tenant law to the East Bay Rental Housing Association and the Oakland Housing Authority.
