"David Meadows has handled about seven mediations for me over the years. He is an incredibly quick study, not only of the facts and the law, but also of the right buttons for the decisionmakers. Only one of the cases that David mediated did not settle at the mediation, and that one settled within a few days after, largely on the lines that David set up. He is incredibly patient, keeping the clients engaged in settling even while "herding" them toward a point that they swore they would never arrive at. He would be a bargain at twice the price, but don't tell him I said that."
