Bill Gwire represented me in large, hotly contested legal malpractice claim against my former attorneys (a well-regarded litigation boutique in San Francisco) who lost my underlying real estate case to the tune of about $1.6 million. OK, if you're going to a gunfight, bring Clint Eastwood! The problem with most business litigators is that they almost never litigate - this puts these guys at a big disadvantage at the settlement negotiation table.
