Qian Chen

As a licensed attorney with an active bar membership in the State of California, I have years of law firm and in-house experience in complex litigation and transactional legal matters. Before I founded Unicorn Law Group, I had participated in high-profile litigations involving international companies conducting business in China and the U.S., and provided litigation support with all manner of corporate, regulatory, and litigation work.

I am one of the first-generation immigrants. I started my legal practice in the area of immigration by assisting my husband in the immigrant petition for alien of extraordinary ability (EB-1A). Since then, I started offering legal consultation to Ph.D. candidates from top-tier universities on employment-based immigrant petitions and to international entrepreneurs on corporate governance of startup companies.

I hold the belief that Justice delayed is justice denied. I develop my expertise to ensure my clients receive premium legal services in an effective and cost-efficient way. After my daughter was born, I expanded my legal services to help foreign-born children of U.S. parent(s) return for family reunion because I know family is everything.

Besides immigration law, my legal practice covers a wide spectrum of areas, including corporate formation & governance, contract review, cross-border e-commerce, rent control, homeowners’ disputes with HOA, consumer frauds, EB-5 regional center frauds, trademark applications, social media copyrights, and wills & trusts.
