Joshua Geoffrey Konecky

Joshua Konecky is an experienced litigator, trained mediator and partner at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky Wotkyns LLP. Among other things, Mr. Konecky has litigated dozens of class action cases in the areas of employment, disability, and consumer law. He has trial experience in both the federal and state courts, has authored and edited publications on discrimination and employment law, and frequently lectures on these subjects as well. He also serves on the Mandatory Settlement Conference Panel for the Superior Court of California in San Francisco. 

 

Every year since 2011, Mr. Konecky was selected for inclusion on the Northern California Super Lawyers list, which is reserved for only five percent of attorneys in Northern California each year. Mr. Konecky holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law (1995), a B.A. from Haverford College (1990), and 42 hours of formal mediation training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law (2011).  

He is a former U.S. Fulbright Scholar, Skadden Public Interest Law Fellow, and judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence K. Karlton, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
