Robert David Baizer

My husband and I have worked with Mr. Baizer on various immigration issues over the last 3 years. He successfully processed a H1B visa extension for me, an initial H1B visa application for my husband, and a complete employment based permanent residency application for our family. Mr. Baizer is friend...ly, professional, responsive, and has very reasonable rates. He is the 5th immigration attorney that we have used over the last 15 years and he is by far the best! We feel very fortunate that we got to work with him. The fact that he works alone is definitely an advantage. After years of correcting immigration forms filled out by our high priced attorney's secretaries and paralegals, it was refreshing to see that names were spelled correctly, birthdates and passport numbers were filled in with no mistakes. These are little things, but to me as a client make a big difference when paying thousands of dollars in attorney fees. Mr. Baizer has also shown tremendous patience with our sponsoring employers, waiting for them to produce documents and sign forms, explaining the process in detail to them and answering all their questions. We do not live in California and have never actually met Mr. Baizer in his office. Everything was done via e-mail, mail or telephone, and we never had a reason to not trust him or his work.
