Un gran abogado,estuvo conmigo casi 5 anos,mi caso estuvo muy dificil,al punto donde yo pense k me ivan a deportar y que mi caso no tenia solusion. I was being deported over criminal charges that were more than 10 years old. My wife is an American citizen and I have a daughter born here. After meeting with several other immigration attorneys, I chose Jonathan. We went back to the criminal court and were able to have the charges dismissed, but... the government's attorneys argued there was still a "reason to believe" I was guilty and they fought to have me deported. It took five years in removal proceedings, but I am now a permanent resident.
