Depth and breadth of experience and expertise

I have needed a lawyer a couple of times in the past few years, once to revise my trust and another time to deal with a tenant issue. Both times the lawyers at Abelson Perez Law, primarily Cristina Abelson-Perez, were responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient in resolving my issues. The lawyers at thi...s firm have a breadth of experience and expertise. Ms. Perez-Abelson guided me in making sure all the bases were covered for my trust, and then helped to quickly resolve what could have been a very messy situation with an irresponsible tenant who was not meeting her obligations.
