Biography
I have been a commercial litigation attorney for 17 years, with significant experience dealing with general commercial business transactions/litigation and product liability cases. In addition I have considerable experience drafting supply agreements, lease agreements (commericial property leases and equipment leases), licensing agreements, and have significant experience litigating commercial disputes.
For the last 11 years, I have served as litigation counsel to one of the largest glass bottle suppliers in North America.
In addition, I possess excellent negotiation skills, much of which have come from handling or participating in over one hundred mediations and arbitrations.
