If there was anything we didn’t understand or wasn't clear on, he would explain it in a way that was easy to understand, using simple terms since we weren’t familiar with some of the legal terms and what they meant. I was getting screwed by my HOA. They gave me bad directions to make repairs on a house that I own in Concord. I followed their directions and then I had to redo the repairs because the property manager made a mistake. This cost me more money and I wanted to be reimbursed. The hoa refused even though... it was their fault. I got Michael involved and he sent them a demand letter. Within 72 hours, I had a check mailed to me. Michael got it done. I would hire him again.
