I was getting screwed by my HOA. They gave me bad directions to make repairs on a house that I own in Concord. I followed their directions and then I had to redo the repairs because the property manager made a mistake. This cost me more money and I wanted to be reimbursed. The hoa refused even though... it was their fault. I got Michael involved and he sent them a demand letter. Within 72 hours, I had a check mailed to me. Michael got it done. I would hire him again.

I had a conflict with my HOA in San Francisco regarding a remodel I started inside my condo. The HOA was trying to fine me a significant amount for not getting their approval before starting the work. Instead of paying the enormous fine, I contacted Michael. He contacted the HOA, requested copies of ...all the documents, and set up a hearing with the Board of Directors. I'm not sure how he did it, but he got the fine reduced by 75%. I'm very grateful for his work because his fee was much lower than the fine.
