My experience working with Ryan H. Apperson, Attorney at Law, was most inspiring. I had put off doing a Living Trust for several years due to not knowing who to trust and the expense of having it done. I had attended a couple of seminars on Living Trust and just didn’t feel comfortable. A friend r...eferred me to Mr. Apperson. With one telephone call, I knew he would be the person to take care of my needs. He listened to my concerns, explained the process in a language I could understand and his fee is exceptionally reasonable. When I met with Mr. Apperson, I knew I made the right choice… I feel he is quite trustworthy and I appreciate his assistance. Everything was handled in such a timely manner and I have and will continue referring Mr. Apperson to friends and family.

Avoiding the probate for my elder parents who do not speak English and/or legalese is of utmost importance to me, and I trust Mr. Apperson will take care that process for them if something happens and that the right person will get what I want them to have. I have since recommended Mr. Apperson to a few people who asked if I know good estate attorney. Ryan Apperson has been assisting my husband and me with our estate plan after I bid on his generous estate plan donation at a fundraising event in April. Although we began the process with Ryan in June, we have been remiss in getting back to him in a timely manner due to work conflicts, but he has co...ntinued to be patient and professional.
