Richard has been absolutely incredible and as advertised. Initially, I went to Richard for Trademark assistance. I was so impressed after the successful filing and approval that although I had filed my Provisional Patent through another company I was intent on having Richard submit for my Non-Provisi...onal Patent. I can say only very positive things about Richard Salles. I contacted Richard about a product I am launching in several months. He intently listened to me describing the product, my plans with regards to protecting my IP and agreed to meet in person to see the prototype. During the in-person consulta...tion, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to communicate with Richard and he was extremely helpful with explaining the patenting process, what type of protection I should consider for my product and how he would be able to help me in the process.
