I hired Mr Madsen when he was working in his Walnut Creek office. At first he was responsive and showed enthusiasm and energy in working on my case. The case proved to be longer than Mr Madsen had anticipated. To my disappointment he lost interest in my case and towards the end my defense was just av...erage at best.

I hired Rick Madsen to represent me in a DUI I received in Walnut Creek last year, and I was very happy with the outcome. Rick personally handled my case every step of the way, he arranged it so that I would not have to take time off work to go to court, and had my case reduced to a wet reckless so ...that I wouldn't have a DUI on my record.
