Reed Kevin Scott

After obtaining a Master's Degree in Finance, Reed worked as an investment analyst for Ford Motor Corporation at their World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. He decided to go back to law school where he graduated in the top 10% of his Law School Class, and then continued his pursuit of advanced knowledge in tax and finance by obtaining his post doctoral degree in Tax Law.

While completing his advanced Tax Degree, Reed found that he had a particular interest in tax minimization, estate planning and asset protection, and he decided to focus exclusively in this area of the law. After serving as vice president and general counsel for a consulting company headquartered in San Francisco, Reed decided that he would open a private practice dedicated to helping individuals and businesses with wealth preservation and tax efficient transfer strategies.

Reed's clients and associates will tell you that he has the unique ability to translate complex business, tax, and estate planning issues into concepts that have meaning for each client. He enjoys spending time understanding his client's goals, and working with them to develop a fully integrated plan for protecting a lifetime of hard work and achievement.
