Excellent Attorney

My wife and I hired Ms. Domingo to develop our trust. We came to the appointment knowing very little on the legal consequences and ramifications of developing a trust. Ms. Domingo sat patiently with us and explained every step. Her depth of knowledge, patience, and professionalism was unmatched by an...y other attorney we had interviewed. Tax compliance

As for cross border businesses, we always encounter situation related to tax issues. Mika helped the company to ensure the tax compliance understanding for proper arrangement as well as giving us professional and valuable comment on our contract wording.

We needed some guidance in establishing our company in the U.S. and were referred to Michelle. She was able to provide all the help we needed in getting our firm set up including advice about LLCs vs LLPs, and other legal documents we require. She helped us with our non-disclosure agreement, consulti...ng contracts and reviewing agreements from possible partner companies.
