Michael Claude Osborne

Retained by some of the nation's largest corporations as their litigation counsel, Michael has practiced for almost 30 years and has tried in excess of 80 jury trials in state and federal court throughout California. He has handled a wide variety of litigation, ranging from complex business disputes for national and local clients to injury and wrongful death claims asserted against manufacturers, trucking companies, fraternities, and security companies.

Retained by a variety of entertainment clients, Michael has successfully prosecuted cases against record companies, television studios, and television production companies to recover unpaid royalties and for copyright and trademark violations.
