Mark Paul Grundman

Mr. Grundman was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989. From 1989 to 1992, he practiced in the areas of insurance defense for motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, insurance subrogation, workers’ compensation defense, and trial litigation.

From 1992 to 2019, Mr. Grundman has been the managing partner of his own law firm, which specializes in the areas of applicant’s workers’ compensation, plaintiff’s civil litigation including motor vehicle accidents, slip, and fall accidents, construction accidents and busy trial practice before the California Superior Courts.

Mr. Grundman has tried over 100 cases in the past 27 years before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, written numerous appeals to the higher courts and has been appearing before the Oakland, Walnut Creek, and San Francisco WCAB courts for over 27 years. Mr. Grundman is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Class of 1988. He obtained a B.A. from the University of California, at Berkeley.
