VICTORY

Konstantine and his team are absolutely THE BEST! Not only was he available with short notice for trial ( less than a week) at the time of trial he was fully knowledgeable of my case and WE WON!! Awesome lawyer and great firm!

Konstantine did an outstanding job settling a difficult trust for me. One tough situation

Mr. Demiris showed his professionalism, and concise plan for getting the job done. Attorneys I consulted with all pointed me to Konstantine as they saw this case was not in their level. It required an expert in this field. I highly recommend to anyone that have an issue with a will/trust to have him in your corner.

Excellent, results oriented attorney

Konstantine Outstanding Gifted Lawyer and Person

From the moment I emailed Konstantine about Conservatorship issues, his response back was immediate, and I felt a ton of bricks lifted off my shoulders, by the confidence, intelligence, and kindness he portrayed in taking my case. The trust you feel with Konstantine is immeasurably. He always has your goals and best interest in mind. He is extremely laser focused, and gets to the point. He has been incredible throughout this whole process, adding his humor to an already stressful situation. Konstantine by far is a remarkably cultivated, highly skilled, well educated accomplished lawyer that you want for your case. He knows the Probate Laws, Elder Abuse, etc., and is a highly skilled litigator. I will use Konstantine over and over again. Extremely Helpful and Knowledgable

When I was having trouble getting the trustee of a trust where I was one of the beneficiaries to settle the trust or take care of the assets I hired Mr. Demiris. He was able to get the trustee removed and now we are able to move on with getting everything settled. During the whole process he provided me with a sense of relief knowing that someone who was very competent was there to help me through a very difficult situation. I would strongly recommend him for legal help in this field.

Konstantine Demiris Recommendation

Konstantine Demiris has been my litigator for a family trust dispute. It was one of the most auspicious days of my life when he agreed to defend me. The dispute involved contentious family members, an aging mother who died before the dispute was resolved, and a plethora of complicated conservator and trust issues. Kosta is well-educated; he attended the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Santa Clara Law School. He is a consummate professional and has in depth knowledge of probate law and the workings of the courtroom. Kosta is always prepared to do research in the event of mind boggling issues for their legal resolutions. Kosta is personable and compassionate. He kept me informed of my ongoing case events without adding to my anxiety. We exchanged emails frequently and had phone conferences as needed. He has a wonderful sense of humor and that helped me survive this ordeal. The litigation involved an entanglement of assorted attorneys and petitions which Kosta unraveled with acumen. He was my North Star in troubled waters. Kosta is reasonable and fair with his fees. He deserves every penny. I highly recommend Konstantine Demiris for anyone’s defense in any probate court action.

Great and honest attorney

Konstantine was referred to our family by our family attorney Richard Lee and what a blessing for us. Our family was struggling with a very ill father and providing proper care for him required conservatorship of his person and estate. My mom and I didn't even know what a conservatorship was but Konstantine made it simple and easy to understand. He explained every step of the process and time was of the essence and he didn't lag. He kept pushing the process through courts and got it done. I know it's impossible to believe all attorneys are hones and fair but Konstantine is the Michael Finney of attorneys. He is always on your side. Great guy.

Elder Abuse Case- Highly Recommended-Very knowledgable, straight-forward and supportative

Kosta was and continues to be excellent as my attorney in an elder abuse and conservatory case. He's been very thoughtful in explaining the process, expectations and challenges with such a case including undertakings and costs. With a case that is very challenging and tasking both through the process and emotionally to affected parties (conservativee and petitioner) involved, he was very supportative, went to task for you and walk you through each of the stages performed. from the many questions I had at all hours on the process to the challenges with the evolving situations, Kosta handled them swiftly, professionally and kindly. Thank You Kosta

I’m sure my father had no idea how hard it would be to be executor of his estate. I think we all think when we saw other families falling apart over inheritances that it could never happen to us. My father’s wishes were so simple and fair but from the beginning challenged. I was told by others to expect to have to give in just to settle his estate. But I put my trust in Kosta and in the end my father’s estate was settled just as he wanted it to be. Without Kosta I could never have fulfilled my father’s wishes. Everything he said he could do he did do. Besides being an excellent lawyer he is a very compassionate person that really went out of his way to help my wife and me through a very hard time.
