Mr Wolch represented me at a contempt trial against my husband. It was an open/shut case. He demanded we go ahead with the divorce despite knowing my husband had no attorney to represent him. The judge threw out the case. Mr Wolch did not respond to any of my Emails or calls concerning the divorce ...settlement my husband gave me. He went 3 months without any communication and then advised me to sign the settlement despite knowing I had no idea how it would affect me. It was a very bad settlement. An attorney who does not communicate with his clients and has a lack of knowledge about law is not the type of attorney who will be working in your best interests, especially during a divorce.
