Best Attorney in Bay Area!
Mr. Bishop is really smart and sharp Attorney. I consulted with him in numeral occasions regarding Real Estate situations. Defensive, rude and unprofessional
During our first consultation, Mr. Bishop quoted me $1,500 for a cease-and-desist letter as well as an initial filing of a nuisance suit against my neighbors. He said that unless anything was out of the ordinary, the retainer would cover the above. Unfortunately, I took Mr. Bishop at his word and do...
As you stated above, I apologized for the accounting error and edited your invoice. What you left out in your review is that you signed a written fee agreement that stated at the outset that you understood an "estimate" of time is just that and that as your attorney I cannot guarantee how much time might be needed for your matter. You further failed to mention that you demanded I not charge you for the phone conversation. But most importantly you failed to mention you did not pay your final invoice even after all of your questions were addressed in detail. One truth is for certain and that is you can't please all of the people all of the time. And so I have decided to turn your negative into a positive. If I ever receive your payment for services rendered last year, I plan to donate those funds to the Monument Crisis Center of Concord, California.

Knowledgeable and easy to work with
My experiences with Mr. Bishop over the past few years, regarding a number of matters, have been altogether positive. His knowledge of the law is certainly strong, but it's his understanding of what's practical and achievable--and his ability to discuss those important factors in a clear, down-to-ear...
