We provide general counsel and transaction services to privately held emerging growth and middle market companies, with a special focus on introducing disruptive technologies into established industries.

John Camozzi holds an MBA in International Management (Banking), and has been rated by his peers as AV Preeminent® and a Super Lawyer®.

John‘s diverse legal experience in the business of innovation allows him to efficiently and effectively work with the client’s internal resources and outside professional teams to develop a scalable result oriented approach that fits each client’s unique needs at their unique stage of the business and product life cycles. 

John also works in partnering privately held growth and middle market technology companies with larger public and privately held regional, national and multi-national operating companies to implement and commercialize disruptive technologies through licensing and special purpose joint ventures.  In some of these matters, John also serves as the technology partner representative on management and audit committees, and as private general counsel in solving the broad range of operational legal issues that arise from the technology implementation model, including developing new markets, vendor and supply chain management, human resource safety and management, permitting and compliance, governmental audits, and legislative solutions.
