Biography
Jeremiah Harvey is an aggressive, experienced litigator.
Jeremiah earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law. At Davis, he served as Chair of the Negotiations Board, was a member of the Moot Court Board National Advocacy Team, a Student Body Representative and the Editor of the Business Law Journal. Before law school, Jeremiah graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara. While attending UCSB, Jeremiah served as President of the Phi Alpha Delta Honors Fraternity and was an active volunteer for both the Habitat for Humanity’s Program, Disabled Student Program and Big Brother Big Sister. He remains committed to working for these causes.
Jeremiah represents businesses and individuals in civil and administrative litigation. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and the U.S District Court for the Central District of California. Jeremiah is an active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the San Francisco County Bar Association.
