Jason D. Lohr

Mr. Lohr is a partner in Kilpatrick's Electronics and Software Practice Group. Mr. Lohr has experience in areas of intellectual property including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, managing reexaminations, preparing validity and infringement opinions, conducting due diligence searches, preparing trademark applications, and providing litigation support. Mr. Lohr has worked with technologies including computer hardware and software, Internet and database applications, computer graphics and animation, electronics, semiconductors, optics, plasmas, materials, solar technology, lasers, and medical devices.

In the 1990s, Mr. Lohr worked as a software engineer developing various e-commerce, database, industrial control and monitoring, and Internet applications. Mr. Lohr also worked as an analytical scientist doing materials research, as well as developing software for surface analysis.
