James Joseph Fishel

I am beyond grateful for finding Attorney James Fishel and Paralegal Sunny DeBord. When I retained him, he had less than a month to get up to speed. I was extremely impressed by his ability to review a very long and complicated custody/DV case with an eagle eye for detail. He also had the abili...ty to get the "big picture", which included the safety of me and my children. He was able to hold a solid understanding of the past, present and our future need with ease. His methodology and organization was stellar (this is a nod to Sonny as well). His strategy was solid. His demeanor in court was respectful, kind, diplomatic AND razor sharp. I'd rehire him again in a heartbeat.

I got a speeding ticket which resulted in a hefty fine that I thought was exorbitant for going a little over the speed limit in a commercial area. I consulted with James Fishel to see if I have any available options, and I am so glad that I did. After talking to me in detail, he contested my ticket w...ith a detailed written response. All i had to do was submit the response to the court. My ticket was waived and I was found not guilty. I will highly recommend James Fishel for his knowledge and his professionalism.
