Failed to file the appropriate paperwork with the courts twice. (I had given him completed copies). Failed to show up for scheduled court hearing. Replied last October 25, 2021I am putting this forth so clients can look at a critical review. Of course this person is disappointed. They did not get what they want because as is noted in the last sentence they did not retain me. It was probably the misunderstanding of a initial consultation back in 2011.
