I would agree with most positive reviews about Ethan and more. I have known his father Merritt professionally for a long time and I met Ethan years ago at their office. Ethan was a young sharp attorney then and he is a brilliant attorney now. My divorce was complex and difficult as it emanated fro...m a foreign marriage. Ethan was not only prepared to deal with issues dealing with an ill conceived attempt at a reconciliation of marriage but also with issues stemming from a foreign marriage contract. He not only navigated through the reconciliation issues but also complex property issues, alimony, child support, custody and visitation aspects of the case. I couldn't have hired a more knowledgeable, aggressive and well prepared attorney. I could write a brief on Ethan. He is not only readily accessible but friendly and down to earth. There's no hint of arrogance or standoffish that you might find with other attorneys. I would say Ethan takes each case very personal and high professional. I never thought I would ever find a lawyer who could assist collect a divorce settlement awarded to me six years ago. It was easy to speak with him over the phone, as it was in person, in his office. My first impression was, he is bright, experienced and skilled in family law, sincere, and will def...initely protect my interest as his client.
