Derrick K. Roehn

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Derrick. In 2019 I reached out to him regarding my dissolution and at the time used him as a “consultant” where we worked together on an issue-by-issue basis. It was Derrick himself that suggested this and it was his transparency that sealed ...the deal for me. After some time it became apparent that I needed to attain him as my attorney while trying to finalize my MSA (property and child custody were big areas of contention). It was a 3 year process and I am so relieved to say that the dissolution has been finalized! Derrick is level headed, fair, compassionate and knew how to level set my expectations by balancing sympathy and reality. I appreciate his candidness, professionalism (especially in court!), the angles he approached my case, and overall tact. I trust Derrick COMPLETELY. I felt heard when I aired out my concerns. He’s always on top of all communication with OPC (even if OPC wasn’t so responsive). He’s extremely prepared during court hearings/appearances. He advocated for me and my son. I really can’t say enough great things about Derrick and his practice. Highly recommend him!!!
