When I first contacted Mr. Marshall, I was so stressed out that I was in tears. I felt bullied, harassed, helpless, and violated as a consumer. When he told the other party "don't turn a medium problem into a big problem" when they attempted to illegally repossess my car, I knew that I was in good... hands. Throughout, my whole ordeal he was extremly professional, and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date with what was going on at all times either by email or a phone call. My case didn't have to be heard in court, because the opposing side wanted to settle within a few months of him filing the complaint against them. Mr. Marshall remained firm when the opposing attorney's tried to be deceitful, and tried to low ball me in my settlement. I am so grateful to Mr. Marshall, and I would definitely refer his law firm in the future.
