Ana Voloshko

I hired Ana Voloshko expecting competent, experienced family-law representation, but my experience was the complete opposite. I was repeatedly concerned by poor communication, lack of follow-through, delays, and failure to properly handle important matters in my case. I frequently had to chase her an...d her office for updates and make sure things that should have been handled by my attorney were actually being addressed. I also had serious concerns about preparation, and case management. At times, I felt that I was having to manage my own case while still paying attorney fees. I was particularly disappointed with how important deadlines and court-related matters were handled. The level of service I received did not match what I expected or what I was paying for. My experience left me feeling that my case was not given the attention, urgency, or professionalism it deserved. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Ana Voloshko for anyone dealing with a serious or high-stakes family law matter. I strongly recommend thoroughly researching an attorney's experience, track record, communication practices, and fees before retaining them.
