Working with Abhi Gill was an utterly unacceptable experience. She has been licensed to practice law for barely a year and has only been at this firm for a few months—yet I have been a client of Venardi Zurada for nearly a year and a half. Her extreme lack of experience, patience, and basic empathy... makes it clear why she is unfit to handle client cases. ​Lack of Communication & Care: When assigned to my case, she never sent a welcome email, miss multiple emails and did not follow-up.. On August 25th, I called to update the firm on a severe injury tied to my case and check on medical records. Abhi Gill was rude and impatient, snapping that she is "too busy" to give updates. When I shared that I had just been hospitalized, she showed zero empathy and didn't even ask how I was doing or an update of my injury. ​Repeating False Gossip: Rather than managing my file professionally, she repeated false "he-said, she-said" gossip from intake specialist Priscilla Sanchez, claiming I called a prior attorney a name. When I asked her to review phone recordings to prove this lie, she couldn't and refused. ​Refusing to Work With Her & Retaliation: Because of her hostile attitude and lack of care, I explicitly asked her to forward an email to managing partner Mark Venardi stating that I refused to work with her any further—effectively firing her. Instead of addressing her behavior or assigning a competent attorney, the firm retaliated by sending an email dropping my entire representation after wasting 1.5 years of my time with zero resolution. ​Abhi Gill is rude, impatient, and uncaring. Clients deserve an attorney who treats them with respect and actually cares about their well-being. Look elsewhere.
