My wife and I was in his office yesterday, 03/07/2016 for his help to resolve a problem in transferring one of our personal account into our existing Family Trust created created by Mr. Nearon Sr. 19 years ago. This Trust is in it's second Restatement created by Mr. M. Franklin Parrish who made it ...very confusing with heaps of legalese jargon. The Financial company cannot understand this second restatement whether we have 3 Family Trusts and which one shall we transfer our personal account ( Original Family Trust, Restatement Family Trust or Second Restatement Family Trust). I called Mr. Parrish for help about the problem and he refused to listen to problem and will not allow me to talk. I beg him to listen and he hang up. He emailed me a solution which is not even slightly related to the problem and emailed me a very nasty accusations on the way I talked. I gave my own solution to the Financial company. 2 weeks later Financial Co. transferred the account and asked if the Trust's name with minor change to my solution is OK. I called Mr. Nearon Jr. for help and he agreed to what the Financial Co. did. Now my wife and I can breath with relief.
