I am familiar with the ways and means of getting legal status in the United States. I am comfortable in all levels of representation from interview, to immigration court to appeals. I am also comfortable with various visas from B1, B2, E1, E2 to F1 and J1.

I have been practicing estate planning since 1995. The basic package is a will, DPAHC and DPAFA. The will allows your property to be transferred after your death in the way you wish. The DPAs allow a designated representative to handle your affairs if you become incompetent. A will does not avoid, time, expenses and taxes involved in probate. By putting your property into a living trust, the time, expense and taxes of probate can be avoided.
