Replied last March 01, 2016Regarding Sarah's post: Her review is absolutely untrue. I have represented dozens and dozens of clients in child support, family law, and in all kinds of other legal matters; the vast majority are happy and satisfied with my services. The Avvo website is unreliable and should not be relied upon by consumers. The Judge in Browne v Avvo wrote that information on their the website would not "lead a reasonable person to believe that the ratings are a statement of actual fact." The District of Columbia Bar Association requested that Avvo cease using improperly acquired information for any commercial purpose. Please see below. Sincerely, Robert D. Rodriguez, Esq.
