I’ve owed Mr. Maxwell Louie this review for about a year now. And while I’m much past due, I have had plenty of time to reflect on his legal services since I retained him as counsel. Max, Guy, and the whole team were an easy hire for me. After the most traumatic and horrible night of my life, I was shocked, terrified, overwhelmed, and confused about the 2 felony charge allegations I was facing. From day one, Max and Guy acted immediately on my behalf to get these alleged charge...s reduced and dropped and ultimately enter a diversion agreement. They went above and beyond to make things happen in my case in a very timely manner, 2.5 months from alleged charges to diversion agreement. Within a week of hiring Max and Guy, they wrote a letter to the DA's office with personal letters gathered from friends and family about my character, which they hand delivered to the DA on the day of my arraignment in San Diego. They acted quickly but were very thorough and diligent when advising me on how best to precede through the case.
