I assume you filed form I-90. During an Infopass appointment you may request the USCIS stamp your unexpired passport with an I-551 stamp for travel.

Yes, you can submit an I-765 application with an I-130/I-485, The I-485 application fee is $1070. The I-130 fee is $420.
