Unless, you commit a crime you are unlikely to be deported. You may aos after marriage to USC. Parents NTA should not impact you.

I-765 EAD processing is 90 days. Sometimes, longer. At 90 days you may make an infopass appointment to request expedited processing of the EAD/AP.
