I don't consider fafsa within the limitation of I-864
What does it means "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" for my I-765 application based on a pending I-485 .

The case is transferred to process the filing. You should receive a biometrics notice.

Where a Canadian visa is required to visit Canada the receipt of US EAD/AP does not remove that requirement.

Your E-2 dependent status and the EAD are valid as long as your spouse holds the principal E-2 status whether or not he has a change in employer.
