Small companies are reviewed by USCIS more closely. We don't find $2million in sales as much an issue as staffing in the context of the business...

A person can check if the H1B employer filed a revocation request by:
asking the employer or looking up Case Status with the receipt number.

While the filing of an I-140 does not imply immigrant intent alone, H1B permits immigrant intent.

USCIS will transfer I-140 (EB1c) from NSC to TSC or TSC to NSC to balance work load. Last published was 2015. But, not currently.
