Biography
Attorney Duncan has been litigating cases for almost a decade, having advocated for countless clients at both the state and federal level. He first attended higher education at the College of the Holy Cross, graduating with a degree in Political Science. Once he was finished with school, he worked as a litigation assistant for a prestigious law firm in New York City. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor with Honors from George Washington University Law School, where he was a published Managing Editor of the International Law Review. During law school Mr. Duncan worked as a legal extern for the Executive Office of the President, General Counsel’s Office, and the United States Department of Justice.
