If I could give zero stars, I would. This attorney was hired to represent our fiduciary but made it painfully clear she had no regard for the rights or best interests of the beneficiaries. Her conduct was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — bordering on hostile. Any attempt to ask leg...itimate questions or seek clarification was met with condescension or outright aggression. Rather than guiding the fiduciary toward transparency and lawful action, she appeared to enable delays, ignore beneficiary input, and act as a shield against accountability. Her tone in communication was unnecessarily mean and combative, making an already difficult situation even more stressful. This is not the kind of attorney who supports fair and ethical trust administration. If you are a beneficiary navigating a complex estate or trust matter, I strongly recommend seeking legal counsel who will advocate for transparency and ensure that fiduciaries are held to their legal obligations — not one who fuels mistrust and further complicates the process.
