This woman is incredible! We applied for a green card with Shari and it could not have gone smoother. She always explained the process, what and why immigration needed a particular document and always made us feel knowledgable and informed. She was realistic, but always positive. I was never worried ...about the process after we got in touch with her. She responds to emails extremely quickly, and with care. She is warm, kind, understanding with knowledge and experience. She used to be an immigration officer and knows the "art form" of filing. We got through the entire process in five months, (from first contact with her, to walking out of the immigration building with smiles on our faces, and tears of joy in our eyes!)
