OUTCOME: The IRS was ordered to credit nearly $200,000 towards the payroll tax liabilities of a corporation owned by my Clients eliminating their liability as alleged responsible officers.

Sued on behalf of my Clients to force the IRS to credit payments made to the payroll tax obligations of their corporation.
